Scope of work
Each project is delivered against an agreed scope. Any quoted work should be confirmed in writing, including the deliverables, pricing, timeframe, payment terms and support inclusions before work begins.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. Changes to scope, additional requests or work beyond the agreed brief may affect pricing and timeframes, which will be confirmed before proceeding.
Third-party dependencies
Website, SEO, network and IT outcomes can depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, software, hardware, search engines and client-provided access or content. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services outside our control.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the quote or invoice. Ongoing support and maintenance plans are billed as agreed and can be adjusted with reasonable notice.
Support and maintenance
Support inclusions, response windows and maintenance coverage are defined per engagement. Work outside an agreed plan is quoted separately.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.
